Pricing is based on square footage, # of BR & BA, pets and type of cleaning that is requested. We offer General, Deep and Move In/out cleanings for homes, small businesses and AirBNBs. We have several maids. Typically, a 1,400 square foot home takes approximately four hours for a General Clean (1 maid), 8-10 total hours for a Deep Clean (2 maids), or 12-15 hours for a Move In/Out Clean (3 maids). Other factors for pricing include additional services or cleanings that require extra work (e.g. grief cleaning, hoarding, pet, construction).
